01What I built

A three-mission spy game that runs by double-clicking one HTML file: a chemical facility, a casino with a sniper on overwatch, and a volcano lair with a three-phase boss. Guards have vision cones, raise the alarm, take cover and call for backup. The gun-barrel opening, the dossier briefings, the artwork and the score are all generated live in code; there are no asset files and it works offline. Built in May 2026. It is an unofficial, non-commercial fan tribute; the marks belong to their owners and the score is original.

02What I learned

That a single agent session can produce something genuinely fun, and that the constraints I set (one file, no assets, no install) were what made it good rather than what limited it. It is also the project people ask about most, which says something about what makes work legible.

03Built with AI

One long Claude Code session from a description of the three missions and the constraint that it must run from a double-click.
